I'm Abel Simonyan, a licensed California real estate broker serving the Greater Sacramento area. With more than 10 years in real estate and 300+ transactions, I help buyers, sellers and investors make better real estate decisions, including evaluating properties with ADU, renovation and development potential.
My ADU experience isn't limited to a certification. I've worked with investors on actual Sacramento-area properties where ADUs were added, existing homes were renovated and the completed properties were later sold. Construction on these projects was performed by A+ Construction & Remodeling.
When a property has potential, I can tell you what it would actually take to get there: what the work involves, roughly what it costs, and whether the numbers are worth it. That's a different conversation than most agents can have with you.
