Find a property

Why keep searching the same old way?

Send me your criteria and I will send you a search link straight from the MLS. You can save the homes you like, reject the ones you don't so they stop coming back, and keep your own notes on each listing. You get alerts the moment a property is listed, not hours, days or weeks later on a third-party website.

How this is different

  • It is the MLS, not a copy of it. Public property sites pull in data on a delay and hold on to listings that are already gone. This link is the same source agents use.
  • Reject a home and it stays gone. No scrolling past the same twenty houses you already ruled out every time you open it.
  • Save what you like and write notes on it. Your comments stay attached to the listing, so a week later you still know why you liked it.
  • You hear about new listings first. Alerts come from the MLS the moment a property is listed, not hours, days or weeks later on a third-party website.
  • Change the search yourself. Adjust the criteria right from the link any time your thinking changes. You do not have to ask me.
  • I can tell you what a place could become. Room for an ADU, a bad layout worth reworking, a lot with more in it: I can price that before you offer, not after.

No cost, and no obligation to work with me afterwards.

Would rather just talk?

Call or text me and describe what you are after. It is usually faster than typing it.

Set up my MLS search
This is where the search link and new listing alerts go.
List as many as you want. The MLS searches them all at once.

I set the search up by hand and send you the link. If it is not quite right, tell me and I will change it.

One thing a search site will never tell you

Whether the house is worth it once you fix what is wrong with it. A bad layout that wants an addition, a garage that could become a rental, a lot with room for a second unit: I can price that properly before you make an offer, not after. That is the part most buyers find out too late.

Not sure what you are looking for yet?

That is normal, and it is a better conversation than a search filter. Call or text me, describe roughly what you have in mind, and I will set the search up from there.
